Hey friends, it’s great to be back sharing some of our favorites this week.
How This Week Started
My week got off to a wet and rainy start which didn’t help my mood. My brain is already feeling jumbled with dread of upcoming appointments, and I’m also trying to think of multiple work and weekend plans at the same time.
Then, at the end of that week, everything turned around, and everything that had been messing with my brain started to settle down. I can feel my usual happy feeling again. Hooray!
I think most of my favorite moments of the week happen after Wednesday, so just forget about Monday and Tuesday and move on to Wednesday.
Winning Wednesday
I was so excited to receive a discount winter offer box filled with natural cleaning products from Marlow and Peach.
Can anyone else understand this?
This brand keeps popping up in my newsfeed with the promise of making my house smell clean and fresh, like a hotel. And if there’s one thing that grabs my attention, it’s the promise of a fresh hotel scent.
The winter starter kit comes with several seasonal scent concentrates, along with a complimentary glass spray bottle and microfiber cloth. All you do is fill the bottle with a mixture of natural cleanser and water. Then you can use it on almost any surface in the house. Bingo!
While I’m not sure the scent lasts as long as I’d like, this microfiber cloth is great and keeps everything looking shiny. I also love the beautiful glass spray bottles.
Thursday is a Good Day
On Thursday, the sun was shining and the sky turned bright blue. It was a pleasant sight after seeing only gray skies for days. In the morning, I left work to make a doctor’s appointment, and hooray, my test results were clear. I also haven’t had to see Tina’s doctor for five years, yeehaa, amazing!
With the sun finally out and appointments behind me, I think Thursday might be my favorite day of the week.
Last Day of Second Semester
And today is the last day of Semester Two! Oh my gosh, for the first time in a long time, the semester is 11 weeks and it feels like an eternity.
I shouldn’t even complain because I started it in the 2nd week after we returned from Japan. However, it still feels like a very long time for everyone – staff, children and parents.
Well… maybe not his parents. I think they might see the upcoming two week holiday as a very long stretch!
End of Semester Cleaning
Today we spent every available minute cleaning like we were possessed by the cleaning fairy, scrubbing, wiping and sorting as fast as we could.
It’s great to see the classroom looking fresh again, and there’s something about getting everyone involved together as a team. It’s almost like team building, haha.
Hello School Holidays
So now I’m on semester break, only I have to go into work for three hours on Monday to take a first aid course. But that’s okay, because usually we don’t have to go in once the semester break starts.
I feel very excited for the next two weeks of school holidays. After a clumsy start to the week, it felt great to end it on a good note.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
